I'm Askin the Experts... Again...

O.K. Here's the thing... I need to be albe to go to some place called Labyrinth Cave. Why? It's a Job I want to take to get Pichu to join my team (Gee I wonder why that is? as if the Avitar Pic isn't enough) but there's 2 things. 1) I need a Steel type Partner (No Worries there) and then I need to know, HOW CAN I GET TO Labyrinth Cave? I have no idea what it is because I can;t even Accept the Job. Is it because I do't have the steel type? Is it because I haven't discovered Labyrinth Cave yet and if so in what way do I find it? By Progressing through the Storyline? By Wonder Mail? HOW!?!?!?! IT'S DRIVEING ME INSANE!!!!!!

I'd appreceate any help on this matter, thanks...
